Jan Cass

 

To all military and family members; As you prepare to transfer to Colorado Springs, I want to share the great moving experience that we had as a result of the hard work and commitment of Jan Cass.  My wife first met Jan at a relocation seminar held at Ft. Leavenworth last year.  After talking to other realtors, she knew that Jan would take the best care of us.  I guess her first impression was pretty accurate.  She not only took great care of us, she went above and beyond what I would have expected of any realtor...and we were pretty hard to please.  During two house huntimg trips over long four day weekends, Jan showed us around 15 houses a day and somehow managed to keep a smile on her face and maintain her cheery personality.  She really was a trooper!  The bottom line was that she wouldn't be happy unless we were happy and she worked non-stop to find us just what we were looking for in a house, price and location.  Because of our distance from Colorado Springs, Jan took care of our business end via email and telephone and even conducted the closing in our absence.  In short, we felt more like family that like customers {I thought of them more like family..Jan}

Jan, Thanks so much for your never-ending patience, positive attitude and permanent smile! You really looked out for our family and we appreciate it! We'll need you professionally again in about three years but really hope that its not that long before we get together again.  thanks again,
